This. Make them un-runnable is going to be hard if no one nerfs SF but if they do ... will be one step forward in the right direction. For the drop issue , i dont see how throwing a skill to bring up a "hidden treasure" is worth when that "treasure" gives you 10-200g ? blerf , make it 400g+ / 2-6 rare materials ( non ectos ).

No it will not. There is still 600/smite that still tops all of farming.
I use perma and its great... nerfing SF will not help the game... it will make a lot of people leave which is less sells for GW2.

SF doesn't bother me one bit. I don't even have an assasin charecter and never plan to, but I sure as hell run that Vale Necro or UA monk. Gives me something to do when there's not a group forming for something else in the meantime. I say it's not hurting anything, and let it be. People are just going to move onto the next big thing.

will it help the game at this point? not really. however, that is irrelevant. no online game, especially one that claims to be a competitive RPG, should EVER have a godmode option. for that reason alone, SF deserves to die.

Exactly. If areas are so damned difficult, no need to make it easier. Make it so if you are actually stuck in that sumbitch dungeon for 2 hours, you are holding more gold pixels than white pixels, nahmean? Speed clears allowed better times to possibly see better stuff. Who wants 2 hours just to get two diamonds?

I think it should be nerfed to the point where you can only run perma as a/e and with cons.
so you can still use it but it just wont be overpowered.

Where were you? Towards the end all groups were demanding either W/Me mantras or Eles with prismatic. This was after everyone realized that even godawful players could farm Path to Revelations and meet the rank requirement.

The highly anticipated SF nerf is going to be like when we were little kids and that huge present under the xmas tree...each passing day before xmas getting more excited to open that huge present...then on xmas day yay! open the present and its a big frilly sweater grandma knitted.
